  • KPI Monitoring: Function managers, reporting directly to Management, are required, within their area of responsibility, to identify their performance indicators and related objectives, to monitor them, and to discuss any deviations, in order to find the most appropriate solutions;
  • Leadership: Management, supported by the Quality Manager, intervenes so that the criteria, principles, methods, and strategies for quality management adopted are constantly, implemented and respected by all internal staff and external suppliers.
