NOVA training sessions are aimed at the partners who assemble and install the elevators and homelifts.

Training, professional update and practice: this is the leitmotiv with which NOVA Elevators inaugurated the new year, investing 4 days in 7 full-immersion training courses aimed at the Italian and international partners who deal with assembly of the elevators and NOVA Suite homelifts and lifts.

The course, which was already held in January, March, May and June and which will include other sessions during the year, involves both theory and practice.

The macro contents of the course focus on:

  • assembly of a NOVA Suite installation with hydraulic drive;
  • presentation of NOVA Incas metal structures for lifts (optional);
  • a session dedicated to the final testing and diagnostics of the elevator.

After being introduced to the packaging and shipping methods of the lifting systems, including the manual kit and the complementary documentation, the participants start to assemble a NOVA Suite lift with hydraulic drive, supported by the Technical Office and NOVA Assembly Team.

At the end of each day, the Company dedicates debriefing moment to the participants to analyze the activities completed the same day and to answer the questions.

The training experience also includes an immersive afternoon in the heart of the Emilia Romagna Motor Valley, where NOVA Elevators company is located, with a visit to the Lamborghini Museum and aTest Drive for one of the participants.

The training days are conceived and organized in synergy between the Company Management, the Technical Department, the Quality Department, the Marketing and the Sales Department: a working team that exemplifies the commitment to consolidating the relations with Italian and foreign partners and the attention to details, at the heart of NOVA Elevators corporate values.
